Locums4Care Training shall conduct all booked face to face training with fully qualified trainers in locations detailed on the website. Locums4Care Training reserves the right to make a change in content, further develop or update the content of the courses without prior announcement. The scope of performance for e-learning shall include the provision of the ordered online training modules via the online user portal of Locums4Care Training for use by the client or its candidates.

The contract comes into immediate effect upon any corporate or individual clients logging into the Locums4Care Training portal. The terms of payment and refund policy come into immediate effect upon corporate clients’ completing an online training or face to face booking for their candidate via the portal. For individual candidates, the terms of payment and refund policy come into effect upon purchase of e-learning or face to face training.

Corporate clients who use the Locums4Care Training portal and wish to pay on behalf of their candidates shall agree to a weekly invoice, including any e-learning training selected, which must be paid within 30 days. Individual clients must pay for all training upon selecting and booking e-learning modules or face to face sessions. Locums4Care Training staff will always remain in touch with the relevant corporate clients’ accounts team to keep them updated on the ledger.

Locums4Care Training will protect all data provided by corporate and individual clients as per the Data Protection Act (1998). The client expressly agrees to the collection and processing of data provided to Locums4Care Training for its internal use. The client warrants they are authorised to provide the data for this purpose. Locums4Care Training will not disclose information to third parties.

All issued training materials and the provided software are protected under copyright law and may not be changed or electronically processed for any reason other than for necessary back-up purposes, or disclosed to individuals other than the client or the candidate, or used for any purposes other than those agreed under the terms of contract.

To ensure your training is effective and uninterrupted, delegates who arrive at least 15 minutes late will lose their place and will not be refunded. Delegates who arrive 15 minutes late will be welcome to book for another day but will need to pay again at the same delegate rate. Delegates must attend and participate fully throughout the entire course to obtain a certificate. Locums4Care Training reserves the right to cancel any course and in such cases any fees already paid will be refunded in full. Whilst every attempt will be made to hold fees at the levels advertised, Locums4Care Training reserves the right to change fees without prior notice

All course fees are payable in advance via debit or credit card, unless credit facilities have been agreed
Cancellations will only be accepted for individual bookings when two weeks or more notice are provided. In such cases all fees will be refunded, otherwise payment will be charged in full.
You may postpone your course place to another date once only, as long as two working days’ notice are given.
Certificates are issued same day from our Ipswich office, those candidates who attend courses in other venues will have their certificates sent via e-mail or by post on the day they attend the course. Those delegates who attend our Ipswich courses will receive their certificates the same day unless they have requested for e-certificates.
In order to protect the welfare of Locums4Care training and administrative staff, we have adopted a zero tolerance approach to any forms of aggression and there is now a strict ‘shut door policy’ at 10am. If you believe your estimated time of arrival will be 10am or after, please do not to turn up to the training venue but contact us by telephone on 01473 381444 after midday should you wish to rebook. Your training place is non-refundable. This means if you do miss your course you will be very welcome to attend another course but you will need to pay again.
Any delegates who are rude or abusive to teaching or administration staff will be asked to leave the training session and will not be refunded for the training course they have attended.

Account Bookings or In-house Training will be granted 30 days’ credit from the date of booking
Course delegates may be substituted at any time 2 days prior to the commencement of training. Cancellations for Training Courses require four weeks or more notice for all fees to be refunded from the date of booking, otherwise payment may be charged in full. The course administrator may consider the request for postponement of a training course depending on circumstances. All certificates in electronic or paper format remain the property of Locums4Care Ltd until full payment has been made for the training that relates to those certificates

As an agency you have the facility to cancel or amend any booking up to 2 working days prior to the training course taking place and there is no additional charge. For clarity:
Training courses that start at 0900hrs on Monday, places can be cancelled or postponed up until 1630hrs the Thursday before. Training courses that start at 0900hrs on Tuesday, places can be cancelled or postponed up until 1630hrs the Friday before.Training courses that start at 0900hrs on Wednesday, places can be cancelled or postponed up until 1630hrs the Monday before. Training courses that start at 0900hrs on Thursday, places can be cancelled or postponed up until 1630hrs the Tuesday before. Training courses that start at 0900hrs on Friday, places can be cancelled or postponed up until 1630hrs the Wednesday before.
However: –
A rebooking or cancellation can only be done once per delegate and this has to be completed on the agency log-in
If agency representatives cancel the booking within the 2 working days of the training the agency will still be charged AND be charged again for any new booking. If a delegate doesn’t show up on the day of training – the agency will be charged for the place on the course they missed. Any new booking will be charged again to the agency
No delegate will be allowed in to the training session after 10am.

The web sites, www.locums4care.co.uk and locums4care.com  is the property of Locums4Care Training and the unauthorised copying of material is prohibited. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locums4Care Training and its agents, employees, representatives, licensors, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, causes of action and judgements (including legal fees and expenses) arising from or relating to your use of our websites.

As a UK based provider whereby the buyer does not meet the vendor, we comply with the EU Distance Selling directive (2000) and UK Consumer Protection Regulations (2000). You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your purchase (without providing a reason) and receive a refund. We will endeavour to refund your payment within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. No refund will be provided if the candidate has used their unique log on and password to view or complete any of the training courses purchased.
Face to face training – There is a no refund policy for candidates who do not attend booked face to face training or would like to cancel after the seven day cooling off period stated above. A name change is accepted up to the day before the booked face to face session.
Online training – There is a no refund policy for online training after the seven day cooling off period stated above.
